Online Counseling is sometimes called Telemental Health (TMH) or Tele Behavioral Health by some insurance companies. These terms mean the same thing and are interchangeable in use.

CCS is honored to serve Active Duty Dependents and Retirees by offering secure and convenient counseling online. Please note that Active Duty service members will need to obtain a doctor’s referral for counseling.

Whether you have Tricare Prime, Select, Active Duty, Retired etc., rest assured. Our independently licensed therapists are able to accept most Tricare plans. At this time, Active Duty service members do require a referral, all other Tricare beneficiaries do not.
