    Simply noticing and naming anxiety helps separate it from your identity. 
  2. Grounding and Mindfulness
    Deep breathing, sensory exercises, and mindful observation calm the nervous system. 
  3. Gradual Re-Engagement
    Slowly returning to avoided activities, step by step, weakens anxiety’s grip. 
  4. Professional Support
    Therapy and psychiatric medication management can provide essential tools for long-term relief.
